The question appeared on the March 3 2020 statewide ballot. The question is a peoples veto referendum to reject a law passed last year that would eliminate philosophical and religious exemptions from childhood vaccines in our state. Text of Legislative Document 798 Question 1 would have repealed Legislative Document 798 LD 798 which was designed to eliminate religious and philosophical exemptions from vaccination requirements for students to attend schools and colleges and for employees of healthcare facilities.
