Labour Leadership Results Votes. Elections for a new Leader and Deputy Leader of the Labour Party started on Monday 6 February 2020 and will end on Thursday 2 April at noon UK time. Rebecca Long-Bailey just received 446 votes from Express readers Image.
This resulted in a total valid poll of 1915 votes and a quota of 958 votes. The total number of votes cast was 490731 and Sir Keir won 275780. The regional member votes which closed in January determine in which order candidates are placed on the eight regional list ballots for the Scottish parliamentary.

Sir Keir Starmer has won the Labour leadership election with 56 percent of the vote beating Lisa Nandy and Rebecca Long Bailey. The results of the leadership elections as well as the three new members of Labours ruling national executive committee and Scottish Labours new deputy leader will be announced on the morning of April 4th. Voting in Labours leadership and deputy leadership elections has closed with Jeremy Corbyn s and Tom Watson s successors to be announced on Saturday.
