In terms of section 934a of the Constitution of Zimbabwe Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa is declared the winner of the Presidential election held on 30 July 2018. Mr Mnangagwa won 508 of the vote. Shots fired and police deployed in Harare after Emmerson Mnangagwa wins majority in historic vote.
